I’m interested in making things that help people make things. I’ve been writing software professionally to support that goal since 2010. Currently I am working on client projects with Tanooki Labs. They partner with entrepreneurs to build out products with some very nice and capable people. I am regularly developing and launching web apps with them.

Previously I helped build scroll kit, a (post?)modern web publishing tool. I learned how far front end development on the web can go, and also became a strong advocate of remote work. The company has since been acquired, taking their expertise to’s product team.

I enjoy building experimental websites for fun and for friends. I experiment with different programming languages and ideas to expand my mind. I live in Olympia, Washington.
